1. About this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information that Komee may collect about you (“User”, “you”, “your”) in connection with your access and use of the www.komee.gr website (“Website”), our social media pages, as well as through e-mail messages that we send to you that link to this Privacy Policy, and other communications (for example, customer support requests, surveys, and SMS texts) in which you may provide personal information to Komee. The privacy of our Website Users is very important to us, and we are committed to safeguarding it. In line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679 – “GDPR”), the Greek applicable legislation and the decisions and guidelines of the competent authorities, this Privacy Policy explains what we will do with your personal information.

In order to make a purchase from our Website you provide us with certain personal information, including full name and e-mail address, delivery address and telephone number, as well as, information regarding the issuance of an invoice, such as VAT number, public tax authority and company details (in the case of corporate invoicing).

Please note that during the payment process, we do not record or store payment information, such as credit card numbers, etc. You only provide this information directly to the respective payment service provider.

If, for any case we need to send you back any amount of money, you shall provide us with your IBAN.

8. Period for which your personal information will be retained
